This sweet patient (and pastor) came over from China to escape religious persecution. He has a heart of gold and shared that being at Bethesda has been a true blessing, especially since we have a doctor who speaks his native language of Cantonese. -We are excited that soon we will be hosting a Saturday clinic to do physicals for the entire group that were granted refugee status in the U.S. following an amazing journey that was truly only successful by the steadfast faithfulness of God.🙏-Thank you for helping us help those in so many different situations.❤-And, welcome to the U.S., Pastor Pan! #YourCommunityClinic #givelocal #servelocal ... God Bless Pastor Pan and the entire group of Mayflower refugee's.
Very cool!
Amazing!!
I was following their story before they made it to Tyler. It was a blessing to see God’s hand in getting them here. Pray God will bless the church and provide all their needs.
#WhyBethesda -"I used to go to the ER and it was just a regular visit like everybody else. At Bethesda they treat you like family. They always call and check on me to see how I am doing. They always make sure I have an inhaler or a free sample if I can’t afford it. They really care about the patients."-Lisandro especially likes to see Dr. Humphries. Since coming to Bethesda, he has regulated his asthma, been able to consistently work and has told tons of friends and family about the clinic. -Thank you, Lisandro, for sharing your story and helping others find hope and healing at Bethesda! #YourCommunityClinic ... 📣Help us wish one of our miracle patients, John Martin, a very happy birthday! 📣-John came to us several years ago after been diagnosed with liver failure. He was uninsured and had no idea how to navigate the system and get the help he needed. He says, "I found myself in a very rough situation, having no job, no insurance, and very little money left. "-We welcomed John and with open arms and helped him on his road to recovery, where he eventually received a liver transplant! John's story is such an amazing representation of God's grace. 🥳-John said of Bethesda, "I was welcomed with open arms. The Christian people who work there actually seemed like they cared about me. In actuality they loved me. They treated me with care and concern, they prayed for me, they helped me get through one of the toughest times of my life."-Last year on his birthday, John Martin raised over $7,000 for Bethesda and then participated in our Birthday Bash as a cake decorator. We auctioned off his cake at an astounding amount of $22,000!!!! His story has been a huge blessing to help even more Bethesda patients. -Today we celebrate John and his remarkable journey to complete healing. We are so proud to be a part of his journey! ❤Happy Birthday, John Martin!!! #YourCommunityClinic #HappyBirthday ... See MoreSee Less
