TITLE: Dental Care Representative
REPORTS TO: Patient Care Manager
All job duties and standards within this job description will be performed according to established policies, procedures and guidelines within the clinic.
JOB SUMMARY
Summarized below are the purposes and main elements of this position. Responsible for delivering outstanding customer service while performing a variety of patient relations, clerical and business office functions that are necessary for the daily operation of the clinic.
JOB DUTIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES
Primary Duties:
- Check-in/out patients
- Collect payments and post them correctly into system
- Balance money drawer and End of Day Reports
- Schedule appointments
- Interpret for Dental staff and patients
- Scan patient documents into system
- Understand and explain how to become a patient
- Send referrals and dental cases to the lab
- Incorporate RevenueWell online platform into daily routine
Requirements:
- Must be bilingual
- Have exceptional customer services skills
- Be able to communicate well with others
EDUCATIONAL/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
Education: High School diploma or equivalent
Experience: One year office experience
