A Cooking & Nutrition Class

Cooking Matters is a 6-week cooking class that will teach you how to properly nourish your body by preparing healthy, low-cost meals.

  • FREE curriculum book and recipes
  • FREE bag of groceries at the end of each class

Wednesdays, 3:00 PM – 4:00 PM, at Bethesda Health Clinic
